Ross McDowell with Lewis County Emergency Management implimented a River Watcher program to help provide an early warning system in the event of potential flooding.  With the help of River Watchers, Adna Flood Relief was able to warn most families affected by last year's flooding before the January '09 flood.   Accolades go out to Ross for all his hard work!
